Chelsea’s coach, Graham Potter has made it clear to the media that Kepa has been fantastic in between the sticks and he hopes to see him continue with his performance.
In a post shared by Just Chelsea on Facebook, Graham Potter stated that Arizabalaga has been superb in the absence of Mendy, and he is happy to have both keepers fit.
In his words, Graham Potter stated;
“Kepa has been fantastic. Eddie [Mendy] has been injured at the start but now he’s back so he provides really good competition and support. The way he has supported the team has been first class.”
“But Kepa has done well in the games, and he has many clean sheets, so he has been an important player for us and we are happy he is enjoying his football.”
Chelsea takes on Aston Villa today, and they will be hoping to come out with a win.
