Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has signed a new contract at Arsenal that will keep him at the club until the end of the 2024/25 season.
Jonas Eidevall has also put pen to paper on a new deal after an impressive first season in London, in which he has taken the Women’s Super League title challenge all the way to the final weekend.
In what is a huge show of faith from the club, the Spaniard has signed a new deal at the Emirates Stadium, following an impressive campaign from the Gunners that could end with them finishing in a Champions League place for the first time in five years.
A short statement on Arsenal.com read: “We are delighted to announce that Mikel Arteta and Jonas Eidevall have signed new contracts with the club.”
“Arteta has spoken about the new deal himself, saying:”When I spoke to Josh [Kroenke] he could see the club at the same point and he wanted to take the club the way I wanted to do it.
So everything that he’s said, and that Stan has said when I’ve been together with both of them, they’ve always delivered.

“Eidevall, who joined from Swedish side Rosengard last summer, has also signed a contract which will take him through to the end of the 2023/24 season.
