Arsenal’s last two Premier League fixtures compared to Chelsea and Tottenham in top-four race

Arsenal face an important end to the season following the club’s 3-0 loss to Tottenham.

Mikel Arteta’s side still sit fourth in the Premier League, but the battle for Champions League football is far from over.

North London rivals Spurs are just a point behind the Gunners in fifth.

Behind Antonio Conte’s side sit Manchester United and West Ham in sixth and seventh respectively.

Chelsea sit fourth on 70 points, Arsenal in fourth on 66 and Spurs in fifth on 65 with two games to play.

The north London derby misery could prove to be a crucial three points lost.

London compares Arsenal’s next six Premier League fixtures to their top-four rivals.

Arsenal’s last away game of the season is due to take place in the coming days when Arteta and Co travel to St. James‘ Park to take on Newcastle United.

The Gunners have won their last eight matches against the Magpies – although the Tyneside-based club have been one of the most in-form teams in the league since Eddie Howe took over the managerial reins from Steve Bruce earlier this season.

Everything at both ends of the table could come down to the final day of the season.

Everton are currently locked in a relegation battle with Burnley and Leeds United and the Toffees boast a solid record against Arsenal – winning their last three outings.

The Gunners will hope that they have already secured a place in next season’s Champions League by May 22, despite having fallen to defeat in the north London derby.

Everton currently sit 16th; Frank Lampard seems to be steering the Toffees in the right direction, though that could all change with everything still to play for.
